At Bel-Aire Heating & Cooling, our new “normal” is keeping our employees safe while providing our customers a safe and quality service. Our team has been persistently working to admin our policies and procedures to adapt to the current coronavirus situation. We are confident that the changes we have made will help mitigate the risk of the coronavirus. It is understood that the security of our home has become increasingly more important. During this time, we want to help keep your home as safe and comfortable as possible.
We believe your service or installation should still feel natural while still providing the extra safety procedures that are currently necessary. Here is what you can expect when we send a technician into your home.
- We will follow any precautionary measures recommended by the CDC and the WHO; in addition, we will adhere to any executive orders issued by the governor.
- We will call you before sending anyone to into your home to ensure everyone in your house is healthy. You can expect that we are monitoring our employees’ health daily.
- We may ask if there is another door for our technician to use to limit unnecessary interactions.

At our office we are implementing strategies recommended by the CDC and the WHO to create a healthy environment for our employees in the office and in the field. As things evolve, we will modify our plans accordingly to meet the demands of the situation. Here is an overview of what we are doing.
Our employees will be doing the following:
- Wearing a face masks and gloves
- Washing their hands regularly
- Disinfecting their tools and work areas frequently
- Reporting daily temperature and symptom/contact checks
- Practicing physical distancing
We will continue to stay informed and adapt when necessary, but one thing will not change, Bel-Aire is still here to provide the quality service you need to keep your home comfortable.
